Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with processing of inbound API messages. Most incoming messages may not be processed during this time. Some inoming messages are processed. This affects both incoming email and incoming web API messages.

Resolved -
We experienced an email API inbound outage from 6:30 to 10:00 AM November 30. During this time AlertOps incoming email API was unable to receive and process any incoming emails. No other services were impacted by this outage.
